PROOF contains 5% Alcohol by Volume (ABV) or 10 proof. For comparison, the average beer contains 4.5% ABV and the average glass of wine contains 11.6% ABV. You must be 21 years of age to purchase and consume PROOF.

We ship PROOF to all U.S. states and the District of Columbia, except for Alabama, Delaware, Mississippi, Utah, Alaska, and Hawaii, due to strict alcohol delivery restrictions in these states. If you provide a shipping address that is one of these states, we regret that we will have to cancel your order. 

Our premium shipping experience includes overnight shipping via UPS Next Day Air. We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Someone on the PROOF team will email you updates and tracking information as the status of your order changes. Orders received between Thursday and the end of the day Sunday will arrive on the following Tuesday. Orders received between Monday and the end of the day Wednesday will arrive Friday.

A signature is required upon delivery from someone over the age of 21. You must be available to receive the ice cream upon the first delivery attempt, or it will melt.‎ Anyone under the age of 21 is strictly forbidden to order, purchase, or accept delivery of PROOF. 

Because PROOF Hard Ice Cream is a high-quality frozen alcohol product, it is shipped overnight via UPS Next Day Air on dry ice under strict shipping protocols. Each pint costs $9.99, and shipping rates vary based on state/location.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. There are no returns, modifications, or cancellations allowed on any order once it has shipped. If, for any reason, an order that has been attempted for delivery and then returned or declined by the buyer or recipient, which includes failed delivery as a result of adult signature not available or claimed within the allotted time provided by the shipping carrier, you may be penalized a waste fee.
